International Assignment / Global Mobility / Expat Advisor

The Background:
Working within a team of four International Assignment Specialists, you will perform a comprehensive advisory service, supporting and facilitating international moves on an in house basis.
The Role:
· To provide an overall effective advisory support function, working closely with Expatriate Advisors, Assistants and International Human Resource Departments.
· Maintain and update: visas, work permits, payroll and tax information
· Expatriate assignee support during the full course of the assignment including: home search, education search and cross cultural training
· Liaising with overseas departments regarding healthcare membership, social security, expenses allowances, and tax code applications
· Additional ad hoc HR projects
The Person:
Preferably educated to degree level, you will have previous experience dealing with general advisory tasks, ideally within: International HR, global mobility or expatriate services environments. Applicants must have excellent customer service, communication and analytical skills in providing a professional advisory service. Candidates with previous HR experience would be an added bonus but this is not an essential requirement for this role.
