We are currently working with an organisation who are introducing a new IT system which will have a significant impact on the business and they are looking for a consultant to take the Project Lead on the HR Organisational Readiness aspects.
There are six aspects to this Organisational Readiness: OD Cultural and Behavioural Change, Data, Impact on Roles, Consultation with Unions, Organisational Design and Training.
Each of these areas have resources allocated to them, so the role of Project Lead will be to oversee and pull the different aspects together.
Post implementation there may be a need to support the service further through a SAP upgrade which will impact on various business processes.
They will need to be able to work across the different offices and as these projects are part of an overall transformation programme there will be a need for this project lead to link into the wider project team.
