Job Description

Position: HR Systems Specialist Reference: 20950 Salary: c£150-200 per day Location: Farnborough Contact: Chris Pearson - JAM HR Systems Are you a functional HR Systems professional seeking a challenging role within a fast paced organisation? Do you have experience of supporting end users with HR information and data? Are you looking for a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend? The Background This global organisation with a cutting edge product range and domestic market dominance is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems professional to offer end user support across a large business network. This position is initially on a 12-month basis, but may be extended for the right professional. The Responsibilities Reporting directly to the HR Manager and working within a large HR team, you will be responsible for all functional HR technology support, ensuring that end users are capable of using the system and have the sufficient data and information to support business decision making. Within an ever-changing environment, you will be ready to provide support to transformation processes, pushing back on management to gain data to help change processes. Other duties will include supporting management and acting as the first point of contact for all other related HRIS issues. You may also be required to support on other HR activity. The Professional You will be an experienced HR Systems professional with skills gained in HR data production and delivery. Coming from a HR background, you will have excellent team playing skills with the ability to work within a changing and progressing environment. You will be CPP qualified or working towards your CIPD and you will ideally have PeopleSoft or SAP experience, although any other system experience is encouraged.
