Excellent opportunity to work for a dynamic business, on a part-time basis, as an Employee Relations Partner. The purpose of the role is to promote and develop excellent working relationships with trade unions to ensure that all consultations and negotiations are managed positively. Responsibilities of the role will include: Act as a lead negotiator with trade unions on company policy Promote information sharing and consultation with trade unions Research into policies and terms in other organisations to provide base for negotiations Work closely with the HR Director to enhance trade union relations Manage the process of all formal consultation and negotiation between trade unions and the company. Successful candidates must come from a professional HR background and have strong experience working with trade unions. Strong negotiation skills along with a positive and professional manner are a must. The role offers flexibility on work hours and candidates are able to choose days they would like to work across the week as long as they are fulfilling 22/23 hours across the week.
