This Europe-wide organisation are looking for a CIPD qualified HR Consultant to join their small team in the Midlands. Ideally you will have varied HR exposure and a HR generalist background and will be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be capable of building relationships with your client base and also have a track record of successful negotiations with Unions. The HR Consultant will be involved in employee relations and change management as well as training as this organisation strives to become better and improve its people. As a proactive HR team you will also work on HR projects across the business so the right candidate must be creative and willing to take accountability for specific projects and issues.
