The Background
Rapidly developing technology outsourcing organisation with strong investment and exciting aspirations is currently seeking to recruit a HR Systems Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the HR Sales Manager and managing a UK wide portfolio, the major requirement of this role is to help develop the companies expansion planes by selling into potentially massive base of prospects across UK (and possibly mainland Europe). You will be required to develop and manage existing client base relationships, you will design and deliver presentations on new and existing modules so as to maximise the products and services of the organisation. You will be managing and supporting sales cycles of c3-9 months in length and will be delivering to professionals from mid-management level right up to Director and Executive level professionals.
The Professional
As a successful and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales, you will have an understanding of HR & Payroll systems. You will have commercial acumen and the ability to deal and sell efficiently to professionals up to board level. You must be persuasive, creative, focussed and have a drive for results.
