The Background
Growing reputable technology outsourcing organisation, with an ambitions of short and long term growth and business development is currently seeking to recruit a passionate Sales Executive to develop new business relationships. You will join the expanding Sales and Marketing Team, focussing on developing sales for the organisations payroll software and outsource function.
The Responsibilities
As a new business professional, you will initially begin developing new client relationships and leverage your existing relationships to build, evolve and manage a significant pipeline of sales opportunities.
You will identify and qualify prospective new business through lead generation, which will then lead to client visits to understand their business requirements. You will offer payroll systems and outsource related solutions relating to the clients business need, leading on often complex contract negotiations, new tender processes and business proposals to aid in the development of new business.
Co-ordinating entire sales life cycles, you must be prepared to act as the main point of contact for the client, supporting processes where necessary before hand over to the payroll systems team.
The Professional
Candidates must be passionate, direct sales professionals with the ability to negotiate and drive in the delivery of a product. You must be a hungry new business professional with the desire for high earning potential. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent individual and team working merits and have the ability to present and communicate at senior management level.
