To be responsible for the advisory support & administration of the Company's Human Resource procedures, practices and records, and process the Company Payroll. Operating at a Human Resources Advisor level this role will work closely with the Human Resources Manager and the business.
• An experienced Human Resources Officer / Payroll exposure• Computerised personnel & Payroll systems• Time & Attendance Computerised system• PAYE, NI, Pension, SAYE & Absence procedures• Human Resources procedures and practices- Human Resources Development - Employee Relations- Employment Law• Communication Skills (written & verbal)• Effective work organisation & prioritisation• PC Literate• Accuracy & detail consciousness
