Job Description
To provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective administrative support service from the Midlands HR office; to provide general HR support, including particular project work, to the HR Manager, and some support to the HR Consultant.T
he job holder will provide a comprehensive HR administration service and support to the HR Manager and Consultant, providing a service to approximately 475staff.
The HR administrative function is responsible for managing recruitment and participating in recruitment and selection for the Midlands.
The job holder will contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
The post holder has 1 direct report (HR Administrator)
CIPD qualified, or working towards CIPD qualification
Educated to A level of equivalent standard
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Problem solving skills
Analytical skills
A high level of administrative skills
Meticulous accuracy and attention to detail
Time management skills - ability to organise, schedule and plan own work and that of others.
Excellent communication skills - written and face to face
Extensive interview skills
Experience
Proven successful experience of dealing with recruitment at varying levels
Proven experience of working in an HR department in an administrative/support role
Supervisory experience
Based in Coventry within the Public sector.
c.£21,000 pro rata - October start, Maternity cover
