Job Description
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a large and forward thinking HR team who are currently going through an extensive restructure. Working within a specified division of the organisation you will be responsible for providing a professional generalist service to a large client group consisting of all levels of staff. Duties include:
Monitoring absence management
Providing advice on employment law to Managers
Involved in disciplinaries and grievances
Recruitment
Induction training
HR project work

The successful HR Advisor will be able to commute to Birmingham on a daily basis and have some experience working within the Public Sector. You will ideally be CIPD qualified (or near completion) and will be a hard-working team member with a personable style.
