The Human Resources Officer is required to offer a full generalist support to 11 sites across the UK, with a base in the Midlands.
You will offer full operation support to site Managers, including recruitment, performance management and disciplinary and grievance advise. You will also supportand lead on projects and initiatives, for example TUPE Transfers.
The role is based in the Midlands but you can expect to be travelling c3 days per week, and occasionally overnight stays.
My client is looking for a Human Resources Officer who has experience of working within a fast paced environment, and experience of operating a multi site role. Although part ofa larger HR team, you must be happy to work in a stand alone role. You will have a generalist background and have experienced a business with multiple terms and conditions.
As an individual you will be confident, assertive and have a good sense of humour.
