This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Officer to support a business of c400 people. The role is very autonomous and offers a real breath of responsibilities.
You will offer a full generalist service including in-depth involvement in training. Training responsibilities will include managing the training delivery, including co-ordinating course selection, developing and managing apprentice training programs and organising and assisting with induction programmes.
As well as covering all other generalist areas you will also have the opportunity to get involve in various projects and change activities, shaping the business
You will be based in Birmingham but will be needed to travel occasionally to other sites. This position will suit a CIPD qualified or part qualified Human Resources Officer with a strong generalist background and previous experience of co-ordinating and developing training needs within a business, including knowledge of NVQ's.
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage, likewise TUPE experience will also be advantageous.
You will be a strong communicator, and very quickly build relationships within the business. You will also need to be happy to travel to other UK sites.
