Job Description
Experienced Senior HR Advisor required support a business area of c800 people, offering a full generalist service as well as taking the initiative on projects and new initiatives.
Responsibilities within the role will include;
Assisting in the formation of the HR strategy and implement agreed initiatives throughout the business
Providing proactive advice and support to managers in dealing with complex people issues
Working with business managers to reduce absence levels
Coaching line managers to improve the level of people management practices
Taking a commercial and proactive approach to supporting your business area
Developing and implementing talent management and development initiatives
My client is looking for the following experience and attributes
CIPD qualified
HR generalist, with proven experience of taking the initiative on projects, new initiatives etc
Experience in operating a multi site role
A proactive individual with strong coaching and relationship building skills
TUPE
Strong ER experience<BR> Happy with a Birmingham base and travel to other sites

Salary to £38k + bens
