Reporting to a Regionally Based HR Business Partner, you will be the on site HR point of contact for this Contact Centre with approximately 200 staff. You will undertake a full range of Generalist HR activities and liaise with the Unions. You will drive the employee engagement agenda on site and work to reduce staff turnover and improve morale and service.
You will have a strong Generalist HR background and previous exposure to a Contact Centre environment would be advantageous. In person you will be impactful and comfortable challenging as well as supporting, the Line Managers and their teams. You will be resilient, and able to operate within a changing organisation. You will have previous experience of working within a Unionised environment.
