Our client is a leading player in their niche service sector, with the ability to provide a wide range of value added services to a variety of customers across the UK. This role has been established to support a range of clients across UK locations.
Covering the West Midlands, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR advice and support in accordance with best practice initiatives. Key aspects of this role include advising and guiding your client group on all aspects of HR such as; ensuring compliance with employment law, employee performance, employee relations and company re-organisations.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have broad generalist background. You will also possess an excellent working knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations. You must also possess a proven ability to manage a challenging and varied workload and rapid problem solving and decision making skills.
