Position: HRIS Analyst (19924) Salary: £30-35,000 + Excellent Benefits Location: Crawley, Sussex Contact: Chris Pearson - JAM HR Systems Are you a HR Systems professional who would relish the opportunity to work within a fast paced environment? The Background A leading organisation that enjoys global recognition within the manufacturing / engineering arena is currently experiencing organisational transformation and as such requires a professional to offer project and day-to-day support. Youll join the organisation during an exciting period of transformation as the organisation moves towards the initial phase of Oracle HR implementation. The Responsibilities Working within a large HR function you will work closely with another HRIS Analyst to help develop future processes to help support future trends of the organisation. Working towards agreed business improvement, youll work on system improvement processes to help develop system functionality and supportability. Youll work with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring that relationships are managed and that support is offered during any periods of transformation; youll ensure that suppliers are developing applications in line with existing system processes. HR management information support will also be provided to the business, as you will help to develop and build HR reports and offer a reporting service to line management across the business. The Professional Coming from a business support background, youll have previous experience of developing HR Systems functionality and offering a HR management information support service. As this is a growing team environment, youll have excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to work to you own initiative and deadlines. The organisation would look favourably on candidates educated to degree level with excellent SQL and Microsoft Access skills, if you have Oracle and Crystal Reports experience, then this will be highly advantageous.
