The Background
This leading software outsourcing organisation, with a stronghold within their particular market area, is currently seeking to recruit a skilled professional to deliver an unrivalled end user payroll systems service.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Client Services Director, you will offer payroll systems solutions to a large client base, which consists of some of the most reputable organisations in the country. Working as part of a large payroll transformation team, you will act as an ambassador for the organisation to the client base during payroll projects. A wide spectrum of duties will help to comprise this challenging and exciting role, as varying clients will have varying needs you will not be restricted to one payroll related issue. You will have exposure to entire life cycles within technology, including needs analysis right through to end-user training.
The Professional
The successful candidate will be an experienced payroll professional with experience preferably gained within a client-facing role. You will have a passion for client facing system issues and have the skills and experience to advise on payroll processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a good level of adaptability to meet different working cultures, have excellent customer service skills and will have had exposure to varying payroll related projects. You must also be willing to travel, as UK client visits will sometimes be required.
