Role:Senior HR Consultant
Region:West Yorkshire
Salary:£25,000 - £27,000
Duration:12 month
Hudson are currently recruiting for a large organisation based in West Yorkshire, looking for an experienced Senior HR Consultant to provide generalist HR solutions across the designated regions, departments and subsidiary companies.
This challenging position requires a qualified, resilient and influential HR professional with several years experience gained in a fast paced environment.
Job Description
•Delivering a solutions-focused service to all designated departments
•Providing HR guidance and advice to Managers
•Developing and Maintaining strong business relationships
•Developing HR policies and procedures to ensure best practice is met
•Supporting the business in the performance management process
•Managing and controlling budgets and any overspend that occurs
•Providing a recruitment support service on a contingency basis
•Providing a counselling service to staff on a needs basis
•Ensuring compliance with statue is met
Experience
•HR professional with a wide range of HR experience and insight
•A proactive individual
•Proven organisational skills
•A strong minded individual, who is capable of putting forward good business cases
•CIPD qualified
•Strong HR technical knowledge
•Working to strict deadlines
•Good communication skills and ability to coach staff
•Knowledge of current employment law
•Experience of Project management
•Coaching and facilitation skills
