Global Mobility / International Assignment Manager

The Background

Global services organisation is actively seeking an experienced accounts manager to join their international assignments team. Working at both a strategic and operational level this is an excellent opportunity for the career minded individual.


The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

· Managing service delivery for a key client account providing the ultimate in customer service and convenience

· Provide advice regarding: international relocation, expatriate compensation and basic expatriate tax queries

· Developing, maintaining and enhancing client relationships

· Developing, implementing and evaluating policies & procedures

· Developing proposals to meet client needs and requests not covered by standard services

· Evaluating operational efficiency and recommending process improvements as required


The Person

The successful candidate will have previous experience within an: international assignment, global mobility or expatriate management environment. Applicants will ideally have account management experience gained within the relocation services sector, however candidates with excellent consultancy experience will also be considered. Finally, candidates with additional language skills and experience living or working overseas would be an added bonus.
