Background:
Due to a restructure in the compensation team this Global Mobility Specialist Provider is actively seeking an International Compensation Analyst to be based at the head office site. It is a role providing a fantastic opportunity to work within the niche area of international compensation and will allow the right person to become fully trained and skilled regarding all aspects of involved. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop in to a highly skilled role for highly international and resourceful organisation.
The Role:
The responsibilities of an International Compensation Analyst include but are not limited to the following:
-Analyze a range of data sources to ensure all areas have been accounted for in projecting assignment costs
-Interpret client policies to ensure correct compensation methods are adhered too.
-Explain all compensation changes to assignees e.g. Cost of living allowance
-Interface with tax providers to gain correct tax information
-Maintenance of multiple databases regarding all areas of compensation, tax and payroll
The Person:
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working within international compensation, payroll or tax. A strong knowledge of compensation processes is essential as you will be involved in monitoring a whole range of key components and factors which may affect client policies.
