The Background: Reporting to the International Assignments Manager, the successful candidate will provide a professional assignment management service focussing on expatriate compensation issues. Additional responsibilities will include the provision of: international HR, payroll and tax advice. The Role: Leads team and provide subject matter expertise in the fields of International Compensation and SAP. Collates data required for package generation ie Gross to Net, home leave calculation etc Compile, analyze and interpret data and/or coordinate the compilation of data from internal Cartus departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client reporting in relation to compensation and assignment tracking. Conducts consultative call with manager counselling to all aspects of the package. Verifies assignment meets policy criteria and manages exception process through Atlas where required Handles some pre-authorisation questions on policy and packages from assignee Creates Offer Package Provide team training where required on compensation and SAP Assist team manager in data audits ensuring data integrity Co-ordination of new authorizations and allocation of EAC Manages consultation briefing with manager and performs data validation exercise The Person: The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international assignments, global mobility or expatriate management issues. Potential candidates will have an excellent understanding of the assignment lifecycle including: expatriate compensation, payroll and taxation issues. Candidates will be excellent team players with the ability to build rapport and gain credibility at all levels.
