This quick-turnaround role has come about as a result of currently heightened workloads within our client, based in Swindon.
Playing an important part in the resourcing process for the business, your remit will cover:
- management and delivery of recruitment processes through consultation with the business, keeping to budgets
- evaluation of processes (working out cost per hire etc)
- ensuring compliance of recruitment campaigns with internal policies and UK law
- building relationships with, and managing, third party suppliers
- ensure service level agreements are met
As the successful candidate therefore, you should have prior experience in managing resourcing processes (sometimes high-volume and complex,) the ability to influence and challenge people where necessary as well as a strong business sense. In addition, prior exposure to assessment processes/methodology design would be highly beneficial.
