The Role:
The role entails the leading the current graduate recruitment procedure, as well as modifying and altering the system for more efficient use. The best candidate will formulate and implement a progressive recruitment strategy in order to gain the highest calibre of graduate. Other tasks include:
•Competence in review and feedback processes.
•The interpersonal skills needed to get the best candidates.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would be a graduate with at least four years experience in graduate recruitment for a blue-chip company. Candidates should be committed to working in a highly committed and driven working environment at the groups Russian global HQ. An ability to speak Russian to an advanced level is a requirement of the role.
