The Role:
The most salient requirement of the role is a professional who can both spot talent internally as well as highlighting external talent. The successful candidate won't merely find talented individuals within the firm, but make their transition as seamless and efficient as possible. Other responsibilities include:
•Selling the firm and its ethos to potential candidates.
•Liaising and regular monitoring with all departments.
What we are looking for:
A high level of experience, at least 4 years, in HR leadership (preferably with a recruitment/talent bias). CIPD qualifications are not a prerequisite but a good background in professional qualifications will be obtained by the best candidates. Russian language skills are an advantage but are not essential. Obviously talent management skills are important but the ideal employee should also have generalist abilities including:
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Effective organisational abilities
•The skills to direct, appraise and monitor staff
