A unique interim opportunity with a global pharmaceutical business. Developing and leading the HR Strategy, you will have the opportunity and flexibility to deliver a truly dynamic HR function. Reporting and working very closely with the CEO, the role manages a team of up to 60 with 9 reports at Director Level across Europe. You will be required to lead, inspire and provide professional expertise to the HR Directors based in various countries. Over the 6 months, M&A activity sits high on the agenda and due to a recent and very large acquisition, Integration across Eastern Europe will be the main focus. Other key responsibilities will include overseeing the talent management process; implementing a leadership learning and development framework; creating an employer brand; ongoing organisational review aligned with future growth; development of the reward strategy; global HR projects; and management of HR services and HRIS. Being an organisation that has and will continue to grow rapidly, they require an experienced Board Level HR professional to challenge and lead a true HR Business Partner structure. M&A and integration experience across Europe on a large scale is critical for the role. This opportunity will be looking to start in September or October paying c£1000 per day plus expenses.
