We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Professional Services firm with offices in key locations throughout the UK and Internationally.
The firm is going through a significant period of change and it is a critical time to bring on board a HR Director.
HR will be crucial in helping the firm move forward and we are seeking a highly experienced HR Director with experience in a Partnership environment to help the firm achieve it's strategic objectives.
Key area's of responsibility will be ;
•To develop and review all relevant policies and procedures to ensure they are robust and in line with company objectives
•To oversee effective and efficient use of HR Budgets
•Be responsible for effective organisation workforce planning and ensure that the recruitment process's are adhered to
•To oversee major HR issues such as matters of misconduct, grievance or disciplinary.
•Personally oversee Senior Appointments within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have;
•Excellent track record in a senior HR management position within a Private practice firm
•Graduate CIPD qualification
•Highly effective people management skills
•Strong communication skills
•Commitment to Service excellence
•A strong team player
•Experience of supporting modernisation and transformation of organisations
•A track record of embedding equality and diversity in organisations
