This is an excellent position for an experienced HR director to work with a global company, that work with both private and public sector companies. This organisation believe in looking after its people and this role will look at this in some detail. this role will include heavy trade union negotiations and TUPE transfers. The ideal HR Director will be MCIPD or FCIPD qualified with solid experience of outsourcing, TUPE and Trade Union negotiations ideally in both public and private sector, you will be comfortable operating and influencing at an executive level. Knowledge of public sector pensions, NHS Agenda for Change and latest approaches and thinking to management development would be advantageous. Resilient and articulate you will also have a good grasp of current employment law. As the business operates at over 30 sites throughout the UK, the successful candidate must be mobile. My client is a global leader in security solutions, risk management and protection to both corporate customers and governments worldwide. One of its portfolio businesses delivers critical facilities management and medical services to clients and it is for this part of the organisation that we are looking to recruit an HR Director.Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based HR experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
