My client is an NHS Foundation Trust undergoing a significant change agenda. As part of this agenda, HR is undergoing a transformation to create a best in class function aligned to the needs of the Trust, and able to support the business as it evolves.
Reporting to the Director of HR & Corporate Affairs, this role will be responsible for leading and directing key aspects of the HR Transformation agenda through the leadership, development and coordination of key operational HR Services including employee relations, workforce modernisation, occupational health and staff counselling. You will embed a range of strategic frameworks that develop the local HR service.
Managing a team of three, you will be instrumental in the development of employee engagement, employee capability, employee relations & inclusion and change management in the business. Applying strong internal consultancy skills, you will be able to create a clear vision and path to implementation in all these areas, whilst winning the hearts and minds of executive directors, line managers and employees throughout the organisation.
