Job Description
You will be responsible for providing HR strategic direction to the senior leadership team in the sales centres by creating a high performance team. This will include:-
Understanding the Sales Centres challenges for development and succession.
Developing and delivering HR elements of business change ensuring the people agenda is established to deliver effective organisational and cultural change activities.
Defining Sales Centre HR strategy and ensuring this is aligned with business objectives, culture and wider HR strategy.
Ensuring best practice is followed, improvements are identified and implemented to operational HR in areas such as ER, Performance Management, Recruitment, and HR Administrative processes.
Challenging business leaders on how to engage employees, addressing people issues and building skills and capabilities effectively.
You should be of graduate calibre with a strong HR Generalist skill set gained working in a call centre environment. A track record ofdelivering business improvement in a leading blue chip organisation needs to be combined with a customer service focus. An ability to develop excellent relationships across the business is essential.
