My client is undergoing a major global HR Transformation, outsourcing core HR administration services, and building a new service delivery model based on globally consistent applications. As a result, the role of HR as a strategic support function to the business is being transformed, especially in the way that people data is being managed and maintained in HR systems, and how those data are subsequently exploited through the use of reports, metrics and scorecards.
This new role of HR Data Quality and Information Director has been created, to work with the HR Leadership team to manage and maintain people data quality and exploit information in the various HR systems to provide real value-adding HR support to the business. You will manage a team to embed good data and information management practices into the day to day life of HR through developing delivering a training and capability building programme; you will govern data quality reporting and scorecards across the globe; as well as define and contribute to projects that deliver enhanced reporting, scorecard and metrics capability to HR.
Building HR capability and knowledge in information management and exploitation will be a critical measure of success. It is essential that you are working in a global, corporate with solid experience in information management. A sound understanding of HR data models and HR applications is key. Personally you will have tenacity, strong decision making skills and drive, a Global Mindset.
