Reporting to the HR Director, based in London, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of key HR strategies to ensure the continued success both in the UK and internationally for this Iconic Fashion Retailer. Leading a team of HR professionals and acting as a central function for the entire group, you will look at improvements around recruitment strategies, succession planning, reward policies and learning & development.
