Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a proven HR leader to manage a HR team of 3 of a top international media company. Managing a client group of around 500 of intelligent, professional employees you will be performing HR at an operational and strategic level. The client group is split between the UK and internationally. Your role will be integral in driving the high performance culture and manage the talent process across the business. Including in the strategic dimension will be the task of developing strong employer branding and employee engagement. This is a fully generalist role that will include operational HR across the board, you will enjoy this element as much as strategy. This role has the potential to be part-time depending on the candidate.
The ideal candidate will;
Have a strong commercial approach to HR
Proven track record in generalist HR
Ability and experience of leading a team
Can operate at a strategic and operational level
Personable and professional
Strong relationship builder
A major player in the global communications industry.
