Our client, a leading international telecommunications organisation are seeking to appoint an experienced commercially focused HR professional as a Divisional Head of HR based from their Head Office in Central London.
The Role
As Head of HR you'll be reporting to the Director of HR Operations and sitting as a member of the VP's operational management team.
You'll be responsible for the delivery of a value adding HR capability and service to the directorate that supports and furthers the achievement of business objectives and financial targets through improved organisational performance.
You'll be responsive to both operational and strategic requirements, and acting as a strategic partner you'll provide input into business plans and HR issues, also initiating actions and utilising ‘People' specialists to create bespoke solutions.
The role is accountable for ensuring appropriate HR people practices are in place to support key deliverables for the business.
