Job Description
Our client is a global investment management firm with approximately 500 employees and in excess of $13 billion in assets under management. They pursue a global multi-strategy approach to investing, generally seeking to exploit market inefficiencies and engaging in financial arbitrage. To meet the objectives effectively, they have domestic and international funds that pool their assets in a single master fund to allocate capital globally across a diverse set of strategies and asset classes. They have in excess of 125 different portfolio managers managing a diversified portfolio. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Manager who will set up and implement the HR strategy and policies throughout Europe and Asia. The right candidate will be able to drive forward corporate Human Resources to a more structured level.
The HR Manager will create a clear structure and consistent international HR Strategy in cooperation, but will also be involved in operational HR. You will bring structure to a fast growing organisation and bring HR to the next level. We are looking for a strong HR professional who has a demonstrable track record with client groups in Asia and Europe and ideally within Investment Banking or Fund Management. The ideal candidate is an excellent relationship builder and has strong communication skills. You have the ability to change, develop and implement a commercial HR strategy. You are business focussed and you have a clear understanding of the impact of Human Resources on the business strategy. You are at least degree qualified and CIPD qualification will be an advantage. Some travel will be required.
