My client, a manufacturing company with presence across the globe, is seeking a high-calibre HR Director to assist with their significant company expansion. Working as part of the executive team within the organisation, you will create and implement the HR vision and strategies for the development of the staff and the company itself. Key duties required for the position will include :- - Devising and maintaining revolutionary absence management strategy and programmmes - To plan and implement employee appraisals processes - Improving and developing recruitment and resourcing strategies throughout the business (from ground-level up to board-level) To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will possess a minimum of ten years' Senior HR Management experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and a proven track record in Trade Union negotiations will be a necessity as well. You will be MCIPD qualified (FCIPD preferable), and be educated to degree level as well. You will have enjoyed significant success in driving a business forward, and possess the ability to engage staff at all levels to drive engagement.
