As Head of HR Operations, you will lead a large part of the HR offering within this fast-paced, sales led business. This includes leading the shared services function, the organisational design team and the business change team. You will assume responsibility for driving change programmes and ensuring that the HR strategy in aligned successfully to what the business is trying to achieve. There is constant change within the organisation and the ability to adapt and bring people with you is critical to success.
You will be an individual with a service delivery mindset and the ability and background of having led HR through transformation. You will preferably come from a big blue-chip with a highly intellectual workforce and have the capability and gravitas to partner effectively with senior leaders from day 1. You will have a business-related degree and be able to demonstrate the commercial value an effective HR function can bring. This is a stepping stone into a number 1 role and as such requires an individual with high levels of drive, energy and resilience.
