An interim opportunity with a leading retail business. Driving the people strategy, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 17 in a commercially focused HR function. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be required to shape and lead the HR team. Key internal relationships will sit within operations and working closely with the Operations Director to deliver on business objectives. Key responsibilities will also include: * Organisational development including re-structures, and acquisitions * Ensuring alignment of the business strategies with HR delivery in terms of learning and development, succession, reward and employee relations. * Budgetary planning and management * Coaching and developing the HR team.
The ideal candidate will ideally have previous experience in a multi-site retail environment. Employee relations, change management, TUPE and Organisational development experience will also be highly desirable. This opportunity will be to commence mid-late October and paying c£80,000
