Based in southern home counties, this senior HR business partner role provides an outstanding opportunity for a commercial HR professional to develop their skills within a global business. You will work as part of the senior team supporting a dynamic and fast-paced client base. You will be a true business partner in the sense that you will develop executable HR strategy within the client base and work with the centres of excellence to ensure that the project plans are delivered on time and with the most added value. Capability is a key focus for the client base as is ensuring that the HR strategy is closely aligned to the business.
This is a role where the successful individual must have a hard-edge and excellent influencing and relationship building skills. The environment is constantly changing and thus the ability to make an immediate impact is essential. You will be commercial, able to deal with ambiguity and have high levels of resilience. This is not a caretaking HR role, you will be expected to make a difference on a daily basis.
