My client is currently recruiting a Head of HR on an interim basis.
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a Facilities Management Organisation for a head of hr. They provide Facilities Management to a public sector organisation in particular, cleaning, catering, maintenance to name a few.
They are seeking a confident and tenacious HR Generalist to manage and deliver on a day to day basis all operation HR disciplines which will include:-

•recoursing
•recruitment and selection
•job evaluation
•reward strategy
•retention
•succession planning
•disciplinary and grievance
•employment law
The selected candidate will be a strong HR professional, influential at all level and quick to build relationships, this candidate will have to have the “can do” attitude and tackle situations with robustness and energy.
