Our client is a charitable trust based in Gloucestershire. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager until December 2008 to work with the HR Director to develop HR strategy and lead the operational delivery of the HR plan, managing and motivating the team to deliver service. Key deliverables include performance, ER, equality and diversity so a strong knowledge of these areas is paramount, as are TUPE and redundancy procedures. Advocacy, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills are prerequisite, as is Grad CIPD/MCIPD status.
