4 MONTH INTERIM ROLE - LONDON BASED PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATION
UK public sector organisation based in Central London is looking for an immediately available HR professional to perform a 4 month interim project to assess the impact, effectiveness and value for money of an HR IT system they implemented at the beginning of the year.
You will need to have excellent interviewing skills and have a background in analysis of data and information, be happy in a customer facing role.
The role will be autonomous and will involve you interviewing HR staff, employees and senior managers. You will then formulate a report for the Directors of the business.
You need to have a good understanding of HRIS systems and have strong generalist skills: employee relations, equal opportunities, equality and diversity, organisational development and report / policy writing.
