HR Officer, Liverpool, Up to £27,000Our client an international manufacturing business is recruiting for a HR Officer to support the HR Manager providing an opportunity to develop their generalist skills in all areas.7Key responsibilities•To be the first point of contact for line managers on all aspects of people management issues. •To ensure resource requirements are met for the organisation including internal and external recruitment programmes managing the recruitment process through to induction. •To be responsible for absence management reporting and providing support to line managers in managing absence, liaising with Occupational Health as appropriate. •To conduct first stage disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings.•To support performance review process including direct administration of the electronic system.The ideal candidate: •Must be at least part CIPD qualified, with a minimum three years HR generalist experience ideally within a manufacturing environment. •Must have direct experience of working alongside trade unions. •Will be detail conscious, highly organised and able to plan effectively. •Work well within a team, with a flexible outlook towards changing tasks undertaking special projects from time to time. •Will be a confident and clear communicator, with a pro-active and result driven determination.In addition you will be required to travel occasionally therefore a UK passport and driving licence is essential.If you have the relevant experience please forward your CV and current salary expectations to Natalie Clarke on (email address removed) , quoting reference NCL/11030Mackenzie Jones works with clients and candidates from HR disciplines across the whole of the UK and the Middle East.
