EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND DIVERSITY PARTNER. 30-35K. LONDON ? SOUTH EAST. 12 month contract. This is a key post with the organisation, playing an important role in helping Mouchel to remain one of The Sunday Times Top 20 'Best Big Companies to Work For'. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT AND DIVERSITY PARTNER. 30-35K. LONDON / SOUTH EAST. 12 month Fixed Term Contract. Possibility of a permanent position after this time. The Candidate can potentially be based from any Mouchel office in London or South / South East England. However, there is a significant amount of travel with the post, so Candidates must be prepared to travel to Mouchel offices throughout the UK. This travel does not usually involve overnight stays. Just as importantly, you will also work with Line Managers and HR people across the organisation on a wide range of employee engagement and diversity initiatives from overseeing our employee survey and developing an employees' forum, through to implementing, monitoring and championing a diversity strategy that fosters a culture of equality and respect. About You You will be a hands-on Project Manager with excellent influencing skills and you will bring an impressive track record of delivering organisational change activities within a commercial environment. CIPD qualifications and diversity experience would be a real plus, but you will certainly need a good understanding of both print and web-based marketing materials. To succeed in this challenging role, you will also need strong analytical and numerical abilities.
