The Role:
Managing the end to end recruitment function of the business from its Moscow headquarters is the main requirement. The formation of key relationships with candidates and the ability to assess their relevance to the firm is an integral part of this role. Other Key Responsibilities include:
•Developing a company wide recruitment strategy.
•Managing a substantial budget to ensure senior recruitment
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate should have several years experience in high level recruitment or top-end HR roles with a recruitment capacity. The ability to implement and co-ordinate a strategic vision for a truly global firm is important, especially candidates that can be forward looking in their approach to future business. The ability to speak Russian is preferred but by no means essential. Other necessary skills include:
•A rational and methodical approach
•Strong interpersonal skills.
