As an HR Manager or HR Generalist, you will operate in a very fast paced, challenging environment, where the organization has recently gone through a merger, therefore a huge amount of change within a FTSE 100 environment.
You will be a seasoned HR Generalist with experience of managing complex operational issues with a slant towards Employee Relations to support the HR Business Partners and Line Management. The environment encourages innovation as you work to identify cost effective ways to enhance existing customer services within the Group.
As HR Manager, the role will give you the chance to work on various projects, including performance management, re-structuring, employee surveys, talent management, pay reviews and coaching. If you are used to working in a changing environment, with focus on delivery and customer service, this is a great opportunity as the business is moving fast!
