I have the immediate requirement for a strong HR professional to offer a HR Managerial service in my public sector client, based in Oxfordshire.

You will be faced with a challenging but rewarding environment, with a friendly team and great offices

The fundamentals of the role lie heavily in Employee Relations. Your responsibilities will be to provide advice and guidance on ER issues across the whole ER remit, represent at Tribunal where necessary, managing of complex casework, support an effective communications process, looking into sickness absence, Trade Union negotiations, leading on organisational change initiatives including site closures and restructuring, conducting TNA’s, designing and delivering training amongst other responsibilities.
