Job Description

I am currently resourcing for a large public sector organisation based in Reading for a skilled HR Officer. The fundamentals of the role will be advising staff and management on day to day HR issues, you will be heavily involved in employee relations issues such as harassment bullying and poor performance and general HR. In order to be successful you will need to have up to date employment law knowledge and to had experience in dealing with employee relations experience within a unionised environment This role is initially for a 3 - month period and pays £17 - £20 per hour depending on your level of experience.
