Our client is a well known commercial organisation based in Milton Keynes whose commitment to quality is second to none, they are currently in the midst of a very busy period and require a talented HR professional to assist them for a period of 2-3mths. The organisation is also recruiting on a permanent basis and there is every chance that this position could become a permanent one. This position will look to start at the end of the month.
The role will take responsibility for delivering a 1st class HR service to 200 head office staff and will cover all issues to include employee relations, policy and procedure, resourcing, training & development and compensation & benefits. Working as part of a wider HR team the role will also look at developing a HR strategy in line with the business needs. Although a HR Manager role there will be no direct line supervision within this role.
We are looking for candidates who are ideally CIPD qualified and who have worked in very commercial environments, you will also be available to start a role at the end of the month and be able to commit to a short term contract.
