This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and talented HR Business Partner to join a leading Financial Services organisation. Their highly skilled team of HR professionals are integral to the achievement of business objectives.
You will be the HR Business Partner to one of the specialist client groups, providing a pro-active Global HR service including organisational change and integration, performance management, employee relations, talent management, succession planning, cultural change etc. You will use your influencing and negotiation skills to the full, assessing the changing needs and influencing future strategies.
You will be a dynamic, accomplished and commercially-aware individual, delivering HR solutions and strategies. You'll need credibility with strong commercial acumen and the ability to add value. As well as being of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified, you will have managed and delivered large multi national organisation change projects. You will have experience in large complex matrix structures ideally with financial or professional services.
