Our client, an International Business Publication and highly respected company in the United Kingdom, are currently looking for an HR advisor on an interim basis. This role is to cover the current advisor who will be on secondment in another role.
As HR Advisor, you will be expected to have a strong background in Employee Relations, and would have previously handled end-to-end disciplinary and grievance procedures. This role will report into the HR manager and you will be looking after:
•Recruitment and Selection
•Performance Management
•Employee Relations.
•Management information
•Compensation and Benefits
•Policy and Process
•HR Projects
•International HR issues
